Happy Autumn!

Since starting my business in May of 2014, it has been my goal to send out a seasonal newsletter and/or start blogging about interesting and important health and skin topics. Three years later, I’m finally beginning!

As you probably know, my son Maverick was born in February of 2017 (the best thing to ever happened to me; he has enriched my life indescribably) which has allowed me more time at home, although less time engaging in my craft.

We are so lucky to live in Vermont in autumn. Fall is the time to come down from the high of summer, slow down and start reflecting on what is working in our lives and what is not. It presents the perfect time to cleanse our bodies of excess clutter and prepare for winter, the season of solitude, so we are ready to rebloom in the spring!
