Fresh From the Farmer's Market vs. a Lean Cuisine

Simply put, it's better to give the body a wide range of nutrients coming from whole food sources rather than synthetic supplements and isolated vitamins.

It's the same with what we put on our skin. I had a big long write up ready, but what it comes down to is your skin wants real food, real nutrients. Not isolated, synthetic versions of it. Compare a meal made fresh today, all sourced from your local farmer's market to a Lean Cuisine. There is a big difference.

This post was inspired by lots of clients asking, 'But don't I need a Vitamin C serum, Hyaluronic Acid, and Retinol?' - the so called 'gold standard' in skincare ingredients. My answer is yes- but get them from the whole plant source. No need to force feed the skin with altered, stripped down and then chemically fortified nutrients. When it comes down to it, your best skin isn't going to come from products that were mass produced in a lab.

Give whole plant nutrients a try and watch your glow emerge.
